Animated TV Noise
1.)

Create a new image the size of how big you want your document

2.)

Make sure your foreground is black then go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise.

Type in the following.

Amount: 400%
Distribution: Uniform
Monochromatic: Checked

Click okay. This is phase one of the tutorial.

3.)

Now for the last bit.

Save that image as anything and push CTRL + F to re-complete the last effect.

4.)

Click on the edit in Imageready button on the toolbar on your left.

If you can see an animation toolbar skip the step in brackets below otherwise read below:

If you don’t see the animation toolbar on the bottom go to Window > Animation on the top menu.

5.)

In the Layers toolbar in the right create a new layer like you would in Photoshop.

Then go to your image in windows and drag it into the Imageready workspace, this should either merge into the new one or into another layer.

6.)

In the animation click on the new frame icon

(It looks like the new layer one seen in Photoshop)

Then go back to the first frame. Back into the layers palette there should be what looks like an eye, make sure that the eye is only visible for the layer '' Background'' and not for the newly created one.

And in the second layer make sure that the background layer is not visible but the newly created one is.

(NOTE: You May need to adjust some of the image positions)

6.)

In the animation palette click on where it says 0 sec change its delay to 0.5 sec on both frames and click play :)

7.) Hope you like it...

Anyway to export it click on file and save optimized as. Save it as a gif image as gifs support animated images. Then you can use it anywhere
