Space Comet Scene
1.)

First start off with the size of the image that is suitable I recommend sizes of 200 PX x 200 PX

Then fill the color of the background to black

2.)

Get a suitable space image with stars I used this one (feel free to use it yourself)

Then get a picture of a satellite

I used this one below (also free feel to rip)

3.)

Shrink this to size and add it to your image

4.)

Go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare and make sure you have the background layer selected.
You may need to experiment to get a good look.

You may want to add a few lighting effects or maybe duplicate the layer and add a soft light or something
