Car Headlights
In this tutorial you will learn how to create some headlights for a car.
Step One
Get a picture of a car with the headlights switched off I will be using this one
Step Two
Go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare and select
Brightness: 100
105mm Pine.
And place it on both of your car headlights.
You should be left with this
After a few variations of this you can create something to look like the following image below
